Reju Chief Operations Officer Alain Poincheval is New Chairman of the Textile SIG at Petcore Europe

We’re proud to announce that our Chief Operations Officer, Alain Poincheval, is the new Chairman of the Textile SIG at Petcore Europe. We know he’s dedicated to the future of textile circularity, and he knows how to navigate across multiple disciplines and industries. He’s spent over three decades in one of the world’s biggest engineering companies, Technip Energies, starting his career as Process Engineer in Paris. Since 2021, he had been Fellow Executive Project Director of ALNG2 and Technip Energies group Executive Committee Member.

Alain will be bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role as Chairman, as well as the experience he has generated in his instrumental work to build Regeneration Hub Zero at Reju since 2022.

The foremost Brussels-based organization in the PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) value chain, is exceptionally well-positioned to lead the transition toward circularity in polyester textiles. With decades of expertise and a robust infrastructure, PETCORE EUROPE is extending its efforts beyond PET packaging to tackle the challenges of polyester fiber recycling in textiles.
